Arcalor - P is a Phenolic Resin based cement.
Arcalor - P is resistant to all acids, both organic and inorganic except certain strongly oxidizing ones and alkalies even to dilute concentrations . It is not suitable for strongly oxidizing acids and salts, alkalies compared to furane cements and it equals with all other phenolic Resin based cement.
Arcalor - P is resistant to most organic solvents.
Arcalor - P can withstand a temperature up to 130 ° C.
Arcalor - P leaves no delay in construction because of its quick setting by chemical action.

ARCLOR - P is available in two components system-liquid binder and powder which is mixed on job, forming quick setting.
ARCLOR - P mortar 3 parts (by wt.) of powder : 1 part (by wt.) of binder.

 

 

 
ARCLOR - P is usually being used for joining acid-proof or carbon brick masonry, for Chemical Process Industries, Steel Mills, Tube Manufacturers, Electrolytic Plants, Oil Refineries, Rayon Plants, Pulp and Paper Mills, Dye and Pigment Plants, Explosive Manufacturers and many other users.

ARCLOR - P is also generally used for construction of brick or tile flooring work in various food and allied industries.

ARCLOR - P is also used in industries where chlorine is employed.

ARCLOR - P is used in all industries where the plant and equipment is subject to chemical attack.

ARCLOR - P is used extensively as pointing material in various areas like floors, Drains, Tank farms, Foundations, Dados and other places.

ARCLOR - P is used in the Fertilizers & Chemical, Steel Plants, Dyes & Pigments, Chemicals, Petro-Chemicals, Sulphuric Acid Plants and Phosphoric Acid Plants. etc.

ARCLOR - P should be used within 2 months time from the date of Mfg.since its storage life is not more than this period.
