Epoxy Based Coal Tar Coating

ARCOAT-CT
is a Thixotropic two Component Coal Tar Epoxy resin with modified hardener.

Arcoat-CT is used as an anti-corrosive coating and has excellent adhesion to concrete & steel structures.

Arcoat-CT is cost wise cheaper compared to other industrial anti-corrosive coatings.

Arcoat-CT has good flexibility.

Arcoat CT has good elasticity, toughness, hardness and abrasion resistance.

Arcoat CT has excellent resistance to sea water, waste, dilute acids, dyes, petrol and diesel, oil etc.

Arcoat CT can be used in the range of -30°c to 60°c [dry heat] and 40°c [wet heat].

Surface preparation :

The concrete surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned by means of wire/soft brushes to Remove all loose particles, dust, dirt etc. Metal surfaces should be sand blasted to remove scales. The surface must be absolutely dry.

Application : Arcoat-CT can be applied conventionally by brush or by spraying. It is applied on the steel, concrete surface which gives excellent adhesion to the surface as well as the top coat. For priming Arcoat CT can be diluted with 10% thinner and can be used as a primer coat.

Packing : It can be available in various sizes.
