Air Drying Synthetic Enamel

Arcosyn is a single pack alkyd resin based, fast air drying, synthetic paint pigmented with corrosion inhibitors pigments, corrosion inhibitive and speciality additives to suit tropical atmosphere. It is having high gloss and anticorrosive properties.

 

 
   

Arcosyn - Provides a smooth, hard and tough barrier form atmospheric corrosion as well as various general corrosive environments.

Arcosyn - can be used on metal surfaces, woods, metal furniture, train coaches, automobile industries,bicycle industries, electric devices, structural paints etc.

Arcosyn - has excellent adhesion and gloss.

Arcosyn - has good corrosion resistance in general corrosive environments.

Coverage 9.0 - 10.00 m2 / Ltr at 40 microns DFT per Coat ( This will vary depending upon work schedule and application skills )
Drying time 30 - 45 minutes at 25°C ( Tack free )

Surface preparation : SSPC SP- 10 / NACE 2 ISO 8501 / Sa21/2 (It covert the requirement of near white blest cleaning of metal surfaces by the use of abrasives. ) Degreasing should be done to remove all oil and greases. Organic solvents, alkaline solutions, steam, hot water, detergents will completely remove greasy substances.
