Fast Air Drying Synthetic Primer


Arcosyn pirmer is a single pack alkyd resin based fast air drying primer with anticorrosive pigments & speciality additives.

 

  
 
ARCOSYN PRIMER Provides a smooth, hard and solid barrier form atmospheric corrosion.
ARCOSYN PRIMER provides excellent anticorrosive properties because of corrosion inhibitive pigments.
ARCOSYN PRIMER protects the metallic surface form the various corrosive environments because of excellent adhesion on the substrate by forming a tough barrier due to complex ions.

Surface preparation : SSPC SP - 10 / NACE 2 / ISO 8501 / Sa21/2 (It covers the requirement of near white blast cleaning of metal surfaces by the use of abrasives.)
Degreasing should be done to remove all oil and greases. Organic solvents, alkaline solutions, steam,hot water, detergents will completely remove greasy substances.
