AROLISTER is a polyester based Resin Cement highly resistant to wide variety of Acids, Alkalies, Oil & Fats. It is particularly recommended for its resistance against Oxidizing agents and where a rapid curing and hard setting cement is required.

AROLISTER adheres to all types of materials including keyed or smooth Bricks or tiles, Glazed or Unglazed, Metal, Wood and Glass. It may be used in contact with an alkaline substrate. One considerable advantage of AROLISTER is that it is rapid curing and attains full chemical resistance property in 48 hours.

 
AROLISTER is supplied in four components viz.
Resin : Accelerator : Catalyst : Filler.

These components should be mixed in the following proportion.

The proportions of Accelerator and Catalyst may be altered reciprocally in order to attain the rate of setting and consistency required under a variety of atmospheric conditions. Thorough mixing is essential to obtain the best results.

POT LIFE : 25 Minutes at 27° C ±2° C.

DENSITY : 1800 Kg/m3.

AROLISTER finds application in places where strong aggressive Chemical conditions have to be taken in to account. Its rapid setting and curing property recommended for the immediate use of floors, foundations, drains etc after laying.

AROLISTER is also used for pointing of joints in addition to bedding.

 
AROLISTER is proof against a very wide range of Corrosive materials and particularly Oxidizing agents such as Nitric Acid up to 30% and Chromic Acid of all Concentrations. AROLISTER is also resistant to inorganic acids (though not to maximum concentration), Hydrogen Peroxide, Benzene, Oil and Fats.

AROLISTER is completely resistant to the many chemicals. However due to the wide variety of concentrations, temperatures and other conditions, such cases should be referred to our Technical Department for specific recommendations.
Temperature resistance is up to 90° C in most of the cases.
