ARVINYL 1100 S mortar is a vinyl ester resin based corrosion resistant mortar formulated specially for superior chemical resistance, minimum shrinkage and maximum physical properties.

ARVINYL - 1100 S mortar adheres to all types of materials including grooved or smooth bricks or tiles glazed or unglazed vitreous ceramic tiles, and concrete surfaces. One considerable advantage of this material is that its rapid curing and attains full chemical resistance property in 48 hours.

 
Arvinyl - 1100 S is supplied in five components. Viz.
Resin : Accelerator : Catalyst : Promotor : Powder
The above components should be mixed in the following proportion.

 
Arvinyl - 1100 S when properly mixed and cured has out standing resistance to many oxidizing and non oxidizing acids, alkalies, solvents and salts. However due to the wide variety of concentrations, temperatures and other conditions, such cases should be referred to our technical department for specific recommendations.

Shelf Life :
1 Month at Room Temperature (under shade) from the date of mfg.

CAUTION :
• Resins are to be kept at cool places.
• Avoid application below 15°C temperature.
• Catalyst and Accelerator must be kept seperately under any circumstances.

ARVINYL - 1100 S shall resist Temperature upto 90°C
