Two Pack High Build Epoxy Coating

Flexocoat Arbond is a high build high solid two component epoxy based coating with excellent adhesion, electrical & Mechanical properties.

 

Flexocoat Arbond is specially developed for high electrical shock resistance, high impact resistance & can resist magnetic stresses also.

Flexocoat Arbond has excellent adhesion on metallic surfaces because of that it will not peel off or cracks during the thermal shock, magnetic stresses

Flexocoat Arbond can be applied on electric coils, electronic equipments & all other industries where high impact resistance, Electrical resistance, shock resistance and abrasion resistance is required.

Surface preparation : SSPC SP-10 / NACE 2 / ISO 8501 / SA 2.5 (It covert the requirement of near white blest cleaning of metal surfaces by the use of abrasives. )

Environmental condition : Relative humidity < 85% • Atmospheric temperature > 15°C

Cleaning Solvent : FAC-1

Thinner : Thinner should not be used. This will adversely affect performance of coating.
